Has anyone dealt with this company ?

Paid them by debit card on the 15th of January and l have heard nothing from them since despite leaving messages on their telephone contact number and emailing them to ask for a shipping date.....NO RESPONSE at all.
I guess my next step is to contact my card provider and see if l can start a charge back process.

I've got one from them. Their communication isn't the best. Basically it's abysmal.

Mine arrived about 6 weeks after the order.

Well that is at least some reassurance DC Lane , l guess l will just have to be patient . Was the camera worth waiting for

Has the law changed, I thought it was only credit cards that you could claim against.

Over £100 one can claim back from the credit card issuer. If one uses a debit card one can claim a charge back from the issuer though I believe there is no obligation for the provider to refund.

These are two different things. Always use a credit card for +£100 purchases.

That is my understanding of the regs. also. Time will tell !
