About to be dumped on (Rant alert)

I let a friend who studies law look at the e-mail and he, in turn, let one of his professors look at it as well. It was a clear case of constructive dismissal. The professor at Aberdeen, who, of course, is a trained Lawyer, wrote to my employers pointing out the law and what they did to break it.

Cue frantic activity between myself and HR.

Today, got a new job from them, was given first refusal, really good salary and hours. I start Monday.
