Action Medical York 100 miles

My mate has just informed me he would rather be watching bat and ball than riding in this. I am now likely to ride it alone unless I can persuade one more mate to join me.

Only been biking 10 weeks but building up to this quite well, hoping for less than 7 hours, even under 6 might be achievable.

anyone else here doing this who I can look out for? My aim is to complete, no real time pressures but if feeling good will push it in last 1/3 rd.

Last try, looks like I'm on my own for this, mates dropping like flies, hoping for 6-7 hours, any takers? Will I be able to just join a group on the day? Never done anything like this on a bike.
