Later amendments to the original act are so vague that anything that could be used to construct a firearm (or ammunition for such) is illegal, unless you have the appropriate license.
I won’t explain it further, as I am liable to fall foul of Terrorism legislation.

Rubbish.

They have to show intent to use it to make a firearm, and it isn't hearly as woolly as you are trying to make out.
