I have a genesis 2100. I'm trying to lose some pounds. I weigh in about 245. According to my tires it has a capacity of 190 lbs., and they have the tubes. I'm trying to find out what tubes to buy and/or tires in order for me to start riding again. The tire size is 27.5×2.30. Please help

I'd say that capacity is per tyre, so you'll be fine, but run them at close to the maximum pressure

You will be fine on those tyres. As SS says, the quoted 190lbs is 'per tyre'. Distribution of weight (245 + 15 (bike and clothing)) will be about 35% front / 65% rear: so 90lbs/170lbs. As far as pressures are concerned, you have sensibly wide tyres so 30psi front and 40psi rear will be more than enough.
