Advice on frame size Condor Fratello

Hi all!
I wonder if you can help - I've got my eye on a second hand Condor Fratello, however I'm a bit concerned it will be too small for me.
It's a 46cm frame, according to the sizing on Condor's site I would just fall into 49cm frame but I'm on the cusp - 5ft 3.7 inches but the lady selling it has said she is 5'3" and it's too small for her.
I will try to get over to see it, but can anyone recommend right off the bat if they think it's not worth going after?

Probably will be too small, but the only way to find out is to sit on the bike.

Give Condor a call, see what they would suggest, they’re very knowledgeable about the sizing of their frames 👍

Can't help on the size, but if it does fit you should buy it! The Fratello is a fantastic bike.
