Advice- Rattly Wheel

My eurus front has developed a rattle. It seems to be coming from the rim joint area and is worse when fitted with an inflated tyre. I cannot detect any loose spokes or truing issues. I would be grateful for any advice. Ta.

2nd Do you have a reflector on your wheel? and is the wheel true?

Wheel is slightly out of true. I was wondering if others had had the same problem and if it was solvable without sending the wheel back to Campagnolo.
