Truing a wheel

I have a block of three spokes that need truing (they all go to the same side of the flange). Is it best to do them all a quarter of a turn at a time or each one individually? If it's best to do them individually then what order should I do them in - the middle one first or one at the end first?

If you mean three spokes have come loose, then tighten them to approximately the same as the others, then true the wheel.
