JOINED THE LOCAL CLUB AND DONE 18 MILE WITH THEM TONIGHT GREAT BUNCH OF LADS
COULDNT BELIEVE I ACTUALLY DONE IT
UP HILLS DOWN HILLS THE WHOLE LOT
BLOODY KNACKERED NOW BUT

dont be afraid of using granny gears on hills it is nothing to be ashamed of , better to do that than give up and get off. just do what is comfortable for you

Thats what i was told aswell by the club members here, said just use the easiest gear for hills as once you get off half way up a hill its a lot lot harder to get back on and keep going, who cares if they get up there first it gets easier as your legs build up
