Latest in. Apparently there have been some 15 million cars ‘recalled’ in the US because they might randomly burst into flames. Cause stated to be increased heat build up due to modern electronics.

Album releases, eh?

This is semi off topic, but quite amusing.

About 25 years ago my Dad asked me what Mihi D#1 wanted for her Birthday. I said that's she'd be rather chuffed with the new Slipknot CD.

So off he went to HMV, had a browse and found the CD. He took it to the till and the rather bemused lass looked at my Dad, looked at the CD, and said...

"Are you sure you want this Sir?"

"Yes."

"Its heavy metal."

"Is it?"

"Yes. Its, er, very heavy metal."

"Oh."

And they had a bit of a back and forth like that and they took a bit of persuading before they would sell it to the poor auld feller.
