Aldi bikemate rear light video combo

Hi, I haven’t been using this for a year as I have been using my Fly 6, which has died, I have put it back on, (Bikemate) all good but I have lost manual and need advice on downloading to new MacBook Air. Also have forgotten if there was an App like the Cyliq have for the fly 6. Been ages since I have used , and memory has gone.
