Tell him you're Felix the cat god, and have put a curse on him that will cause him to be chased by dogs whenever he ventures out.

If I told him that I’m sure he’d believe me. People here are very superstitious. If you had a problem with urinating outside your house you’d only have to put a sign there that reads ‘Urine deposited here will be used in Ju-Ju rituals’. No more problems.

is it safe to eat poisoned cat?

the story horrifies me. we were worried that one of ours stayed out all day Monday making me have to work remotely for the day. we eventually got him in at 10pm (instead of the usual 6am, after an hour of outdoor play) when I got to the office yesterday our general manager said everyone thought that was the best excuse ever for not coming in
