Just to let you know that I saw the consultant today about my biopsy and all is well. No cancer. Just regular check ups from now on and a blood test every 6 months. Life is good!!

Well, I've been back at work for 2 weeks now, on reduced hours after 7 weeks off. Everything seems to be getting back to normal. Still waiting for HR to come up and see what they can do about a new chair as the standard office chairs are not the best for a dodgy prostate!
Thankfully I have very good bib shorts and saddles, so getting back out riding, building it up very slowly and carefully.
