and a solution slooshed on the inside of goretex boots also helps it a little more. another place where techwash needs to be left to soak right in overnight before a good rinsing !

Altura jacket and trousers as good as new now I've also found out the reason some jackets can't be tumble dried (hot). They use a an adhesive to seal the seams, so tumble drying can melt this, and form a sticky mess on the jacket and also leave seams not sealed
