Altura Reflex jersey reflective bits

I ordered an Altura Reflex long-sleeve jersey from Evans which arrived on Saturday. Although pleased with the fit etc., I noticed that the silver printing on the shoulders (which I assumed would be reflective) just doesn't reflect.

Can anyone confirm whether this printing is reflective?

I do not have that jersey but my three jackets, two pairs of gloves, over-trousers and overshoes from Altura have silver writing/markings and it is all reflective.
