My latest Altura Urban Briefcase 15 went back to my LBS with a failed zip (again).
After 2.5 weeks Altura have kindly replaced it, but have sent an Arran Workstation instead!
I quite like the additional size of the Workstation (the Urban 15 was always a squash and a squeeze), but:
1) No R&K KlickFit (just the R&K click and hope version).
2) Monster length - I can see a world of heel contact ahead!
3) NOT WATERPOOF - just a water resistant flourescent half cover I can put over it!
Am I being over fussy? Has anyone got the Arran Workstation and can confirm it holds up to the elements okay? Will it fly off going over every speed hump? Is it possible to fit it to a pannier on a Speccy sirrus in a place that isn't going to interfere with my heels?
Or should I just flog it on fleabay and give up with Altura as a bad lot?
