Well, what about this bread then? Are we all invited to taste it?
Make sure you use tepid water (not too much, just enough to mop up all the ingredients and about a desert spoon or two more) when you make these mixes up. It is easy to get the temp and volume of water wrong and it can all go a bit pear shaped (I trained as a baker before getting into engineering, crap money, crap conditions 
)
