Looks like you may have been riding closer in than I would have, but anyway that looked close from here.

I'm sure you would of been absolutely fine with that distance if it was a car overtaking you.

A bus on the other hand is quite a bigger, louder thing. So, of course you might not be comfortable with another wise "standard" overtaking distance from him.

Dangerous or at least careless, less than 1.5m unless that road's really wide. I'd send it to the police if they accept dash cam footage and complain to the bus company then the traffic commissioner.

Given the standards bus drivers are trained to, and supposedly managed in such a way as to maintain? That was too close.

Copy of clip to bus company, with a polite request that they remind the driver of their standards, particularly as winter approaches with poor light and poor road surfaces.

Camera fitted to the rear, chances are there'll be a similar one facing forward.

Carbon fibre... LMAO!!!
Not the best pass I've ever seen, but certainly not the worst.
As MJR says, send to the bus company asking that their drivers show a bit more consideration for vulnerable road users. I doubt the police will give a hoot but it might be worth telling them too.
