My main problem is that, because I'm so thin, most glasses always look enormous on me. I have one pair that looks remotely normal on me, but even so, I still tend not to wear them unless I have too.

Incidentally, I am occasionally found with sunglasses on top of my head, chiefly if sitting at an outside table on a summer's day at a cafe, and talking about the differences between be-bop and hard-bop, and there is NO WAY that I am a nobber

I take my shades off, fold them, and hang one of the temples down the front of my shirt. As in, Miami Vice.

I confess to a degree of nobbishness wrt sunglasses, and indeed reading specs.
So much so that last year (not this year seeing as there has been so little sun) I got out the van, with sunglasses on properly, went into a shop that I do work for, went to shove the sunglasses up on my head only to find that the space was already occupied by my reading specs.
