I love scottish call centers. There's no script. They are polite and even talk to you about which movies they think you should see (Sky TV). Alot like the rest of Scotland. If they didn't hate the english so much and try to take over the entire government I could almost like them for their chatty ways. (NB am married to a scot.)

I really struggle with Indian call centres because I'm partially deaf anyway (ask anyone who has overtaken and chatted to me on my RHS on a CC ride! )
