American Classic 420

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get AC 420 rims? I fancy building up some more aero wheels over the winter and have been recommended these hoops, but can't find them for sale separately anywhere.

Check this weeks CW where there is an article, main UK importers www.eurobike.uk.com or www.amclassic.com they certainly look like a great wheelset and at £539 for white and £499 for black not a bad price for a wheelset weighing a claimed 1,530grms a pair.

Thanks for the links, the white ones just look fast. Unfortunately they say they only sell them as complete wheels, rather than just the rims, which is odd as they sell the hubs seperately. Some of the reviews of the hubs aren't that great, so I was hoping to build the rims onto Swiss DT 240 hubs.

I have 420 and the AC hubs are very good, smooth and roll very fast. I am 162lb and has no problem. I was even 180lb and had no issue with them. They are good wheels. Btw I just sell a pair now of the complete 420's.
