overweight russian team sporting full beards and skateboarding helmets
up against the plucky american with a brain haemorrhage

I have never seen another cycling movie apart from some very dry clips from the tdf so if you critics can enlighten us newbs on better films we wait with baited breath !

I did notice he was riding on the pavement at the start and yes the russians i think were portrayed as fat bitches on purpose a bit of cold war digging going on there...............

Neither is the Unknown Cyclist.

Bought the DVD not realising that it was more a Gay interest film than a serious cycling one.
The story is of a charity cycle ride by a group of Gays & Lesbians along the American West Coast Highway.
Not my thing at all, apart from the very occasional shot of some impressive coastal scenery.
If anyone would like my copy, it's yours for the cost of postage, say £1
