Remarkably I live in an delightfully hilly area the North Yorkshire Moors and surprisingly my 71 year old legs manage fine on a normal road bike. You need to keep running as fast as you can to stay where you are.😏

I ride a 40 nm e road bike. It's great on the hills. You might find you don't need an illegal motor boost and bear in mind that would likely void your warranty and insurance you may hold.
