Amish banned from the North Circular?

Is this road sign a standard one? I'm pretty certain it's not in the Highway Code and I would never have expected to see it in London. Are there any other really odd road signs I've never seen before?

There are a lot a gypsy horses kept between the NOS and Jenkins Lane. I expect that sign was necessary to keep them off the North Circular.

Hahaha....remember that one- it's on Uist. They really have a sense of humour in Scotland

They have that in other places too, its common to see it in certain parts.
