Hi all. Been out of it for a while but need to get out and exercise more following a couple of scares so dusted off my old bike and turned the crank a few times but it's hard work.

Looking at an e-bike to take some of the strain. Had a test run on a couple so narrowing down the options is my task for the next couple of days.

I've been lurking for a week or so and you seem like a friendly bunch so here goes!

@kynikos welcome can confirm from my short time on here they are a friendly bunch and more than happy to help with anything.
Like @Cycleops say's it really will bet easier as the mile rack up. Just get out and ride don't push yourself too much too soon.
