I have several which are linked.
1. Cut down on alcohol........I have allowed it to become a 'too regular' pleasure :smile:.....this will have a knock-on
affect as below.
2. Increase cycling mileage.......this year (my 1st proper year of cycling) I started in April/May and managed
just over 1100 miles. Next year (starts tomorrow :smile: ) I am cycling through the winter and am aiming for
1500/2000 miles which will include my 1st (and probably only ever) 100 miler.
3. Get more things done e.g. days out with Mrs S (assuming we get some dry days next year).
These are the ones that I know I can & will keep:training:

Couldn't have put it better myself. That is exactly my ambition and thoughts. Here's hoping. :bicycle:

1 stop eating so much junk food
2 get out on bike more
3 finally remember anniversary
4 convince er indoors i need more bikes
5 retake level 2 maths and english exams and actually pass this time
6 convince er indoors i need even more bikes
7 do my first 100 miler (already have route etc planned)

Usual...
1) lose weight
2) try to avoid orthopaedic surgery (well after the shoulder is fixed in March anyhow)
3) have no booze for a bit (I should manage January and February, fall off wagon for holiday first two weeks in March, then back on wagon)
4) sort my career out I suppose (right now I'm unemployed as of 27 Feb)
5) cycle as much as I can, given the shoulder op will see me off roads for 3+ months
6) settle personal injury claim from Feb 2014 (hopefully)

I usually fail on 1 & 2...
