I saw above..'to sort out my life'..and thats what I need, a new fresh outlook.
Works been mentally busy for over a year now, my health hasnt (and probably wont) recover to pre TB times, my backs sore, hours are too long at work..I need a lift, a new vigour.
So fcuk em all, I'm going to stop disappearing up my own proverbial and start taking as much control as I can....or put another way, stop trying to do everything (work related)

None of you will keep them. You never do.
Last year my resolutions were to lose weight; I did. 3 stone of it by beginning of June and I've kept it off thus far.
Double my 2014 riding miles; I did 1314 miles. So far I've ridden 2639, so I kept that one too.
Do a dry January; My Dry January lasted until the end of September and since then I've had 1 Scotch, and 2 glasses of wine plus a taster of my blackberry vodka

This year:
  1. Keep the weight off
  2. 3000 on my bike
  3. Move house - further south
  4. Play Cliffs of Dover all the way through - Not necessarily quite at EJ speed though.
  5. Dry January again

I have to. More than my life's worth not to have proper baps and butteries on the family NY breakfast table.

But that's the trick. Keep 'em short-term and realistic. With a reward.

So I will get up at 5.30 in the morning to to sort the dough.

And it'll give ME a pre-breakfast ride in peace and quiet, and an appetite for fresh-baked baps and butteries, slathered with butter and marmalade. YES! ^_^.
