I have several which are linked.
1. Cut down on alcohol........I have allowed it to become a 'too regular' pleasure
.....this will have a knock-on
affect as below.
2. Increase cycling mileage.......this year (my 1st proper year of cycling) I started in April/May and managed
just over 1100 miles. Next year (starts tomorrow
) I am cycling through the winter and am aiming for
1500/2000 miles which will include my 1st (and probably only ever) 100 miler.
3. Get more things done e.g. days out with Mrs S (assuming we get some dry days next year).
These are the ones that I know I can & will keep
