I did have navmii but it just stopped working, I deleted it and downloaded Here we go that works brilliantly, it has the option to download which maps you need.

Another Here user here, it seems be getting a tad less user friendly with recent upgrades but still IMO better than Google maps for being able to download whole countries for offline use rather than small areas.
