Annoying noise

When I shift gears they make an annoying squeak and when I move through the high gears the squeak continues as I pedal.Can't replicate the noise off the bike but sounds as though it may be coming from jockey wheels or possibly front derrailleur. Any ideas, thanks.

Try cleaning your gears and clean/oil the chain.

I use the mickle method on a daily basis and clean/lube every week or ten days but can't seem to cure the noise.I will pay more attention to the jockey wheels as suggested in the link posted by numbnuts, thanks
