The latest recycled bike to leave the stable, done as a spare road bike for my son who commutes by bike (as do I). Just a couple of minor issues to sort out the stem needs cutting to length or a lock nut obtained and the cantis need adjusting to stop them pulling in from the one side and rubbing.
The original problems were, bottom bracket bearings shot, fork legs floating in every direction (interesting steering!) no seat, brakes blocks shot ,naff off road tyres and 5 speed rear wheel fitted with a 7 speed freewheel which sent the wheel off centre.
