Another Scam

Is this a scam? Sorry about the quality of the photo, but it's a photo of a photo. Meaning the below message appeared on my new phone, so I took a photo of it on my old phone, then took a photo on my new phone, enabling me to post it on here. 🧐

You need to learn how to take a screen shot on your new phone.

I thought you lived in a housing association flat? They would be the ones who were entitled to the £50,000, if it existed.

I have a letter from an estate agency asking if I want to sell MY flat to them. I wonder how far I could get before they realised it isn't MY flat.

Another scam seems to be the 'undelivered email'. Has an invoice attached !

I got an email today to an email address solely set up as administrator for the website for a camera club. It said that I was due a tax rebate and click ‘here’’ to claim it.

My biggest defence against scammers is to have in excess of 300 email addresses, each one unique to a company or service. Emails coming into the wrong address get filtered out and everything else is created with scepticism unit proven otherwise.

It looks like they want to do a survey/assessment on your bathroom. It’s possible it needs replacing or up dating.
