I'm not using a postcard..... But I'm going to guess it was the chance to shave a few pence off the manufacturing cost.....

Fully agree with your sentiments, I had lots of issues with the Praxis on my Diverge, changed it for 105 and problems sorted.

I might do the same, but new GRX to keep it gravel specific and i quite like ultra compact gears. Still a pain though as bike is less than a year old

Is it a PF30/BB30 shell? Shimano don't do such things, I believe.

To be fair the reviews are not too shabby for the Alba M30 which i have, just BB is a bit clunky

My roubaix has bsa threaded cups on the Praxis bb, probably the same on a diverge.
My non drive side bearing failed after 1000 miles.
