It's about four inches away. A bit too close for it to focus sharply, but there was nowhere else to put it.

Mother and babies still doing well. They're now ringed, and I expect them to fledge early next week.

We've got some film of the song thrushes' nest about four feet away in the same hedge. They fledged at the weekend.
