Shut Up Legs

The anticipation is building as I get closer to September, where I'll be flying across the world and riding the Pyrenees, Mont Ventoux and the Rhone Alpes over 7 days. I'm excited and nervous.
Over the 7 days I'll be riding almost 20 peaks, with over 23 vertical km and 780 horizontal km, including Col du Tourmalet, Mont Ventoux (all 3 main ascents), Col du Telegraphe, Col du Galibier and Alpe d'Huez. I'm really looking forward to it.
I've been watching some videos by the Col Collective (search for them on Youtube), who have made some nice videos of the climbs I just mentioned, and others too. They're all about 6-7 minutes long, and nicely done, with lots of great scenery, pretty good soundtracks, and they give a rough idea of what it's like to ride up them.
Let's hope my legs are up to the challenge!
