I'm not in Brid, but just down the road. Cant do regular saturdays though due to shifts

Have a google for your local CTC club rides - some of them cater for complete beginners, the elderly and sometimes the disabled. You might have to pay to join or buy membership but it could be an easier option than appealing on the web.
