...out there..? Which are good plants to put around the margins (outside pond) to cover any visible butyl lining..? Or - for on the pond margin 'shelf' about 6-10" deep. Any recommended plants for oxygenating...etc. It's a wildlife pond, 2-3ft deep, ~8x6ft. I've just managed to repair a child-with-stick induced leak at the weekend.

I think the favourite oxygenater is Canadian Pond Weed - the long stuff that floats around.
Best to find a friend with a pond that needs tidying, take some buckets round and nick some spare plants

Thanks. Good idea I do know one or two people with ponds.

Ps I've found out that the Canadian elodea is a potentially invasive alien.
