Any genesis equilibrium owners?

I was just cleaning my 2012 equilibrium and notice on the drive side seat stay a triangular shaped indent on the inside of the stay just above the drop out. The paint isnt damaged.But cant see why it should be there? My question is is this normal, i bought the bike second hand although it was still in the box

Nope it's normal. I remember searching around when I found mine. I love equilibriums, shame mine is in the trash now

Thanks, was worried it had been damaged and i never noticed it. Yeah it is a nice bike to ride
