I'm thinking of going to a country in europe around october and november. I was wondering if there are any getaways that are on the cheaper side but are get fun. Any suggestions?

North Macedonia was much cheaper than elsewhere for our holiday last year.
Alternatively, could you do a house swap? You go there and they come to yours. We did that a while back, going to Hampshire / Fort Williams / Kent / Almeria. That cost us £50 a time plus travel costs.

What airports or ports are closeby to you? Have a look through what direct routes there are and when they seem to be cheapest. Pick a few destinations and a rough travel time, go and look out hotel/airbnb prices and things to do and pick the one that's most interesting for the money.
Another option which I've done a few times is fly with your bike, build it at the airport and ride to another airport over the course of a few days to fly home. Takes a bit of planning but always a good cheap adventure to be had.

If you go to Google Travel (https://www.google.com/travel/explore) you can set a range of dates and a flight budget and it will highlight all the locations it knows that you can currently get a flight to under that budget. Okay, that obviously doesn't account for the cost of hotels and other expenses, but it gives you a starting point and maybe some interesting ideas.

Sister does house sitting/house swaps. She got Florence in exchange for Nottingham centre which amazed me. You just have to get yourself there and feed yourself. I think there might also be a small fee to join the site.

Another vote for housesitting. I can give you a discount code for TrustedHousesitters if you DM me. I've been to some lovely places in Sweden, France, Italy and Germany as well as various parts of the UK just for the additional cost of the travel.

My wife and I are just back from a week in Morocco. Flights plus half-board for £582 each. Eating out was cheaper than anywhere I’ve been in Europe.

The Eurozone tends to be the Eurozone. I was looking at a midweek ferry from Teeside to Amsterdam at £25, thence a pedal around Holland for a week, returning from Amsterdam. B&B for a night about £150, or £900 for the week? Can’t afford it.

Should have been more specific, my bad.
I meant for a week and I'll be going with my partner. Around £1000 to £3000 is my budget for the week which includes everything such as flights, etc.

For that price, you have a reasonable choice.
If sun is important, then Greece or Southern Italy, or some of the mediterranean islands. You should be able to find an all-inclusive package for two for under £2000.
If culture is more important, then a package to somewhere such as Prague or Vienna or Paris could work.
I suspect a lot on here would not be thinking of a budget of upt to £1500pp is really "cheaper"
