Any idea's to the era of this chain ring?

Hi, picked up a few of these one saying triumph,a standard Raleigh from the 80's and one that says BSA. This one looks a bit older than the standard heron.

Any idea's please.

I cant add any useful input but WOW that’s a great piece, with a great detail. Do you plan on using that chainring on a bicycle?

On closer inspection, the heron is the same style, but the metal work is a different pattern.

It is unusual that's for sure FolderBeholder, a local house clearer guy has just emptied a bike workshop. Lots of bits there, I grabbed a few including these.

1948 Raleigh Lenton clubman springs to mind . (mainly because I have an 1948 frame and nothing else so keep an eye out for bits)
