Found this 'Squirrell Nutkin' 50p piece in my change the other day and it looks to me like it's a bit of a miss strike. The outer rim is thinner on one side than the other.
What do you reckon?

I once got presented with a Swiss coin by a firm I worked for in the eighties. It was very small, but turned out to be made of gold. I flogged it and bought a pair of Look shoes in La Vie Claire colours with the proceeds!

Would it be worth more as a miss strike?

I have one and it's the same, so maybe they're all like that?

Or maybe they're not......
I have a few of these special Peter rabbit 50p.
A slight miss strike on the rim is fairly common.
I have a 2012 triathlon one which is one of the rarest one. Still worth little more than face value.
The crazy prices quoted in some sources are unrealistic and probably never resulted in a completed sale.
Even the rare ones aren’t very rare when they have been minted in the hundreds of thousands.
