I knew there was a reason for my back deciding go ping this morning, struggling to walk at the moment.
The rumour is the weather down here is going to be half decent this weekend so had a couple of rides planned (was going to shake down the winter bike) but guess I'l just be dosing up on painkillers and watching daytime TV instead

It's was very close to being unlucky this morning - as I nearly got blindsided again at a roundabout

I have come to the conclusion that; no matter how many lights I have on the bike, or how florescent my clothing; nobody is ever going to see me, if they don't bother looking.
