Assuming you have removed your S trap WC and are replacincing it with a P trap wc, you will be using a 90 degree quick fit adapter. These are available with a boss on the top which could possibly take your waste pipe.
This one is a Mc Alpine.

you sir, are a star.

when can I get one from?

I presume I'll need an anti-syphon AAV on it to stop it sucking the water out of the U bend of the sink?
having said that, a taller than normal U bend as someone suggested could be used - after all, the flush will have finished before someone has finished washing their hands and topping the sink's trap up.

perhaps best to use an AAV tho

Plenty of eco-warriors suggest using "grey" water for loo flushing. The problem with putting the basin waste water directly into the flush pipe between the cistern and the pan is that the grey water never flushes properly. It just dribbles into the pan. As others have said, the pan is going to get pretty yucky quite quickly.
