FTP test tomorrow.....

Yes me currently on high build phase of sweet spot high volume phase 1 in the 3rd week, i use zwift at the same time to take some of the pain away
Good luck with the FTP test, there trying out a new ramp test for ftp so should be easier
have a couple of days rest, do an FTP test either 20mins or 8*2 mins. pick a workout block and stock stick with it 3 times a week. in 12-16 weeks time you will be stronger and fitter.
what are your aims, body type, age?
FTP test Tips? Two towels, water bottle and potentially a bucket.
