Anybody else spot the tall bike this morning?

Cycling to work this morn, I spotted a chap riding a very tall bike. It was crazy- in London traffic that's never going to end well! Would have no control whatsover in tight traffic conditions. Wonder if he's still alive and able bodied?

We had a chap ride a tall bike on a Brighton FNRttC. Maybe the same chap.

This could actually be a good idea. If a car crashes into you it swipes the bike away from under you - a bit like the table cloth trick - then you fall straight down and land on your feet.
