Anybody Else Struggling With Virgin Mobile Use

i have noticed up to 3 bars in the morning then as the afternoon rolls by the signal goes ending up with none by 3.30 ish !!

still no reply on e mail

spoke to Virgin this morning yes they have had a local mast issue since late on the 24th but cant say when issue will be resolved ??

was less than impressed must admit , but they did offer a refund so once system up and running again got to ring them and arrange a credit so better than nothing I suppose
