I've started a bonsai business. It's going so well I might have to buy smaller premises.

I did many years ago. I started with easy trees like Chinese privet. Loved it. What have you got?

Not sure to be honest as i have A LOT of pines in an overgrown state . I'm struggling with the information to get them to back bud so the latin names are not my main priority . Hence the post .
 
I went to Japan last October for. 2 weeks and bought myself a bonsai kit

I had 5 seeds, 2 have germinated , 2 never popped up and one died

Wow they grow slow but I will try and post a pic

We are going back to Japan again this year as we fell in love with the country, the people etc and we are going to go to the bonsai museum and hopefully get another kit and some tools

They are fascinating to look at i have this

But i'm told it may take 5 years plus to get it back to what it should be . At least the ground work has been done .
