I had to defrost then cook the chicken one day then reheat it with the stirfry next day.
There is a portion left but (correct me if im wrong) I dont think it would be safe to reheat it yet again.
Its been in the fridge, in a sealed box overnight but the thought of cold, cooked stirfry doesn't excite me.
So.........does anyone eat theirs when cold ?

If you fancy it like that, why not. Worked with a fella years back who was in the habit of bringing soup to work in a flask. It was always cold soup, and eaten cold, the flask being just a container - said he couldn't stand the stuff heated up.

Stir-fry is about the only thing I wouldn't eat as leftovers, as I don't like soggy veg. In the past I have picked the meat out and just fried that up as something else. I will eat cold curry or chilli but the thought of cold cabbage/beansprouts etc is not appealing!

Well I took the plunge, nuked it and scoffed it. Chicken was not as tender as it was after 2nd reheat but I went down and more importantly stayed down

Stir fry has to be eaten freshly cooked. It's minging as leftovers. If cold the sauce is congealed and nuked the veg is limp and the meat overcooked.
I often freeze leftover curry, stew, chili, bolognaise, lasagne etc.. or refrigerate for the day after, but stir fry leftovers get dumped.

I dunno. It makes a nice filling for spring rolls or dumplings. The pastry wrap / dough stops the filling from drying out.
