Anyone else doing the Sustrans Big Cycle challenge

Between the 2nd and 30th Sustrans are running this: http://www.getmeactive.org.uk/

Basically, it's about as many journeys as possible either walking or cycling, rather than other transport.

I joined in because a) I like them both, b) I'm training for the National 3 Peaks next month and c) I don't use my car much.

And your telling us this now? I am only joking, I wouldnt have stood a chance. The current leader has done 180 journeys and clocked over 700 miles. I think he has won.

No, I thought there were others on here doing it. We'd been encouraged to by my university and it turns out hardly anyone has. So I wondered if others had been taking part on here.

Anyway, no.'s 2-5 are posting lots of 1-2 mile a time journeys, so I don't expect to win.

Thanks - the Secteur performed perfectly, as usual, on yesterday's 171-mile ride.
