Anyone else noticed the latest fashion?

We were just talking about this at work, my friend and I felt very old when we felt we should tell the BSc students that they really should cover up their buttcheeks when attending lectures!

When I was an English assistant at a Poly in Seville, half the students were Venezuelan and half of them were girls. For some reason they all used to sit in the front row in my classes, slumped low in their seats so that I could see their underwear. It was rather distracting.
